I love you Jarod Facknitz

I used to hate the song "Brown Eyed Girl". Understandable as I am a blue eyed girl. But now that I have a brown eyed girl of my own, I have come to appreciate the song all thanks to Jarod Facknitz.

Jarod who? you might be asking. Ani and I spent many of our July mornings at the Target Family Fun Festival in Millennium Park bopping along with the Wiggleworms. Jarod Facknitz was one of our favorites. Young, hipster-ish, not too crazy. Don't even get me started on the insanity that is Mr. Singer. 

Thanks to Jarod, Little Miss Ann and yes, even Mr. Singer, Ani is now a huge fan of "The Wheels on the Bus" and many other classic childhood songs.  She even has the jazz hands to prove it!

Thanks to Chicago, Ani explored the city through its parks, bridges, streets, trains, beaches and neighborhoods all summer long.
