We have been blessed this autumn in Chicago. Fabulous weather, friends near and far, enough... more than enough.
Ani spent a few days bonding with Alexander walking around Chicago, sharing pancakes and crayons.
She spent the remainder of the month honing her skills as an artist and proudly sending off her masterpieces to the Babkas in Ohio and New Jersey as well as Aunt Katie in the Loop.
We truly took advantage of October at our house. Exploring the Shedd and the Little Studio at the Art Institute, playing at Bartleme Park, watching the marathoners breeze and wheeze by our house, hanging out with old friends and new, dressing up, saying yes to hot cocoa at La Colombe and truly appreciating a second spring in the Second City.
